To change the first or last name associated with your email address, navigate to the My Profile section of Account Settings. Click in the fields labeled First name and/or Last name. Update the text as you desire, then click the Update profile button to save your changes.

Users are unable to modify the email address associated with their accounts through account settings, but if you need to make a change, please send a request to [email protected] and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

From the Summit login screen, simply click "Forgot your password?" and you'll be directed to a new page where you can enter your email address to request a password reset link. Click the unique link you receive in your inbox to update your password. You can then return to the login screen to enter your new credentials and access the system.

Note: If you originally signed up for Summit access using third-party authentication (e.g. Google) and request to reset your password, going forward you will need to log in using the email address provided on the password reset screen (and the new password you selected) instead of the third-party service.
