How much does Summit cost?

Summit is free to get started under our Maker Plan. Take as much time as you need to get familiar with Summit, build draft models, and test integrations. You are only billed after you set a model live and it starts executing steps ($0.0005 per credit, billed monthly). And donโ€™t worry, we will display the number of credits a model uses before you set it live. ๐Ÿš€

We also offer additional features, user seats, and live models by upgrading to our Team or Enterprise plans with options for annual billing at a lower effective rate. You can find more details about the included features on our pricing page or feel free to contact us with any questions.

If you're considering upgrading to the Team Plan or switching to annual billing, you can also self-serve upgrade under the Manage Subscription section of your Billing Account Settings.

If you're interested in custom models for you and your team, please contact us here. Additional information and the services available under a custom subscription plan can also be found on our Pricing page.

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can modify your subscription plan from the Manage Subscription section of Billing Account Settings, which you can access by clicking your name in the lower-left corner of the screen.

What are Summit credits and how do they work?

Summit credits are the currency you use to execute certain steps (i.e. functions) in live Summit models (executing steps in draft models does not consume credits). Credits are tracked on a monthly basis and you are only charged for the credits used during your monthly billing cycle.

Additional details about our pricing and answers to common questions can be found under the FAQ's section of our pricing page here.

If you have further questions about our pricing or subscription plans, please feel free to contact us.

What happens to my models if I downgrade?

If you downgrade from the Team or Enterprise plan to the Maker plan, you will lose access to any features included in the corresponding paid plan. No data will be deleted, but you can only access the most recent models created up to the limit included in the Maker plan (current limit can be found here). All others will have their access blocked.

How do I access my invoices and receipts?

You can manage your billing account and download receipts using the link displayed on your payment confirmation email (or renewal reminder email) from [email protected].

How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your plan, you can do so from the Manage Subscription section of your Account Settings. Click your name in the lower-left corner of the screen, select Manage Subscription from the menu, then click Cancel Subscription.

If you have any questions about your subscription, using Summit, or general feedback before canceling, don't hesitate to reach out by sending an email to [email protected].

How do I delete all of my account data?

If you would like to submit a request to have your account data permanently deleted, you can do so by sending an email to [email protected].
