How do I report bugs or request new features?
We always value your feedback about Summit and want to hear how we can improve your experience using the product. To let us know about a bug you found or if you're stuck trying to solve a problem in Summit, click the Help button at the bottom left corner of the screen and select Send us a message from the list of menu options. A chat window will appear, where you have various options for getting answers to your question. To speak with a member of our team, click the Send us a message button to begin a conversation and we will respond as soon as possible.
You can follow the same process if you wish to request a new feature you think could improve Summit for yourself or other users. We'll review your submission and promptly provide a response.
