How do I report bugs?

We always value your feedback about Summit and want to hear how we can improve your experience using the product. To let us know about a bug you found or if you're stuck trying to solve a problem in Summit, click the Help button at the top of the screen and select Send us a message from the list of menu options. A chat window will appear, where you have various options for getting answers to your question. To speak with a member of our team, click the Send us a message button to begin a conversation and we will respond as soon as possible.

How do I request new features?

To submit a feature request, first click the Help button at the top of the screen and select Send us a message from the list of menu options. A window will expand with various options--scroll down until you see a button that says Suggest Something. Click that button to reveal previous feature requests where you can vote on your favorites. You also have the option to make a new submission regarding a bug or new feature by clicking the Make a Suggestion button.
