What do I do if I can’t log in?
If you're having trouble accessing the system, the most common fix is to reset your password. From the Summit login screen, simply click Forgot your password? and you'll be directed to the password reset page where you can enter your email address to request a password reset link. Click the unique link you receive in your inbox to update your password. You can then return to the login screen to enter your new credentials and access the system.
Note: If you originally signed up for Summit access using third-party authentication (e.g. Google) and request to reset your password, going forward you will need to log in using the email address provided on the password reset screen (and the new password you selected) instead of the third-party service.
