Yes! Navigate to My Organization from Account Settings. Highlight the default text (The Company) in the field labeled Organization Name. Edit the text with your preferred company name, then click the Update organization button to save your changes.

Your preferred default currency can be set in the My Organization section of your Account Settings. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown, then click Save to confirm your selection. Output table results for all boards in your account will be updated to reflect the new currency.
