Summit's Model API offers you the ability to run the models, call model endpoints, and fetch data from the models hosted in your account. To learn more and for detailed configuration steps, please see the relevant section of our API reference guide below:

Customers of CRM's, customer service platforms, and other productivity tools can use Summit's native integrations to securely connect to their accounts without using an API key to retrieve data.

To access these integrations, head to the Integrations >> Data Sources section under your account settings. Look for the logo of the service you wish to connect (e.g. Intercom under Customer Service) and click Connect. A modal will appear to take you through the account login process. You can then approve the list of the data types Summit can request on your behalf.
